Let's talk about the serious, paying, reliable HYIP projects, what options must they have and what is it's model like.

First - Serious HYIP must have options like SSL (secured login) and anti - DDOS protection this is realy important so make sure that the HYIP you use actually supports these two services.

Second - HYIP should have a responsive and operative administration.

Third - Actually this is optional but I advise you to make sure that the HYIP you're using has got an original and licensed site script.

Which EPS to use - Liberty Reserve or Perfect money?

Not an easy question.... Anyway, I'll try to give you some advice concerning these EPS. I'm using only Liberty Reserve at the moment cause I find that it's security system is much better so your money will surely be in safe hands when you use Liberty Reserve. But  Perfect Money also has got it's benefits, for example they don't take any comission from transfered money inside the system.
So I'm leaving you the "easy" choice:)
